Welcome to BoYoYo Toys. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (boyoyotoys.com) and the purchase of our interactive dog toys, enrichment puzzles, slow feeders, and related products, whether you are a direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail customer or an approved B2B Wholesale partner.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website, products, or brand identity without express written permission from BoYoYo Toys.

2. RETAIL ORDERS, PRICING & BILLING

• Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and dimensions of our cognitive dog toys as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
• Billing: By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. WHOLESALE & B2B AGREEMENTS For our B2B partners, pet stores, and Amazon resellers, the following additional terms apply:

• Account Approval: Wholesale accounts are granted at our sole discretion upon review of your application.
• Order Minimums & Payments: Wholesale orders are subject to strict Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). Payments for B2B invoices must be made via approved methods (such as ACH Transfer) before processing begins.
• FBA Prep Services: If you utilize our Amazon FBA prep and routing services, you agree to provide accurate shipping labels and FNSKU details. BoYoYo Toys is not liable for Amazon warehouse receiving delays or platform policy changes.
• Resale Rules: Wholesale partners must adhere to our brand guidelines and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, if applicable.

4. PRODUCT SAFETY & LIABILITY Canine safety is our top priority. While BoYoYo enrichment puzzles and interactive toys are engineered using premium, high-density, non-toxic polymers, NO dog toy is 100% indestructible.

• Intended Use: Our products are designed for supervised cognitive enrichment, interactive play, and slow feeding. They are NOT intended to be permanent, unsupervised chew toys.
• Owner Responsibility: It is the pet owner’s responsibility to supervise their dog during play and to inspect the toy regularly for damage. Toys should be removed and discarded if they become worn or broken.
• Limitation of Liability: BoYoYo Toys shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or veterinary expenses arising from the use or misuse of our products.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of BoYoYo Toys and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (REVIEWS & PHOTOS) If you submit reviews, photos, or videos of your dogs using our toys (either on our website or social media), you grant BoYoYo Toys a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
