BOYOYO TOYS – OFFICIAL SHIPPING POLICY Last Updated & Effective Date: January 1, 2026
At BoYoYo Toys, we know your dog is eagerly waiting for their new cognitive enrichment puzzles and interactive toys. We are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as quickly and safely as possible.
This Shipping Policy applies to all direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail purchases and our B2B Wholesale partners.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Retail Orders: All standard domestic retail orders for our interactive toys and slow feeders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and major US holidays).
- Wholesale/B2B Orders: Due to the volume and prep requirements (including FBA services), wholesale orders take 3 to 4 business days to process after ACH payment has cleared.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during peak holiday seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Domestic Retail Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days via our fast fulfillment network.
- Wholesale & Bulk Shipping: Freight and bulk parcel delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated separately based on weight, dimensions, and final destination (e.g., direct-to-FBA routing).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier disruptions.
- WHOLESALE & FBA ROUTING For our B2B retail partners and Amazon resellers, we offer specialized shipping solutions. If you have opted for our Amazon Standard Prep service (FNSKU labeling, bundling), your inventory can be routed directly to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers. Carrier routing details and BOLs (Bills of Lading) will be provided directly to your purchasing agent.
- SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Wholesale clients will receive tracking updates directly through their dedicated B2B account manager.
- DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES BoYoYo Toys engineers shatter-proof, durable products, and we ensure our packaging is just as robust. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 7 days so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Currently, BoYoYo Toys ships within the United States. For international wholesale distribution inquiries, please contact our B2B team directly.
